Gold Key Realty was established in 2007 and is managed by Broker/Owner Danielle Benson who brings a wealth of knowledge and progressive real estate services.
Kathy Blakey, the team leader, has been licensed almost 20 years and holds an active real estate sales licence in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Kathy also successfully completed the Delaware Broker Licensing class in 2022 and will be applying for her Associate Broker license in 2023.

Being a native of Chicago and spending years in New York City made me appreciate the quiet, low property tax, no sales tax state that Delaware is. I've spent quite a bit of time here. I graduated from the University of Delaware and owned a 24 hour diner right on Main Street in Newark so I'm no stranger to the area. I have to admit, I love it. Spending a decade in New York City really made me appreciate all the space and increased quality of life that Delaware has to offer. I think after seeing first-hand how beautiful this state is, you'll seriously consider relocating to Delaware.
